No. This website collects no data about you. The site is a set of static pages. There is no account system, no login, no comment system and no analytics or advertising tracker running on it. We do not set cookies, and nothing you type into a page is transmitted to us automatically.

The enquiry and booking forms

The contact form and the booking form do not send anything to a server. When you press the button, your own device opens your email application with a message already written out and addressed to ruroco48@gmail.com. Nothing leaves your device until you press send in that email application. Your details are therefore handled by your own email provider first, and reach us as an ordinary email.

What we do with an enquiry you send us

We use the name, address, phone number, email address and description you send to identify the problem, quote for the work, arrange a visit and record the job. We never sell it, rent it or pass it to anyone for marketing.

Third parties

Links to Facebook, Instagram, X and LinkedIn take you to those companies' own sites, which have their own privacy policies. Fonts and images used on this site are served from the site itself, not from a third-party network.
